Cocktail of the month: Long Island Ice Tea
INGREDIENT:
10ml Vodka
10ml Gin
10ml Rum
10ml Tequila
10ml Triple Sec
50ml Lime or Lemon Juice
Lemon Wedge
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 10ml of vodka, 10ml rum, 10ml gin, 10ml of triple sec and 10ml Tequila with 50ml lemon or lime juice. Fill the rest of the glass with cubed ice and add ice in the serving glass too. Now fill three quarters of the serving glass with chilled cola. Shake vigorously over your shoulder for about 20 seconds. Strain the spirits into the serving glass carefully so it layers over chilled cola. Add garnish of a lemon wedge to the edge of the glass, a couple of straws to the drink, and serve.
